Main areas of activity
- Pioneer in the introduction of multi-party contracts in construction in Germany, author of the first multi-party contract in Germany and of more than 10 multi-party contracts for major projects to date
- Drafting and negotiation of German and international construction contracts (in particular FIDIC, PPC 2000, NEC)
- Arbitrator in national and international construction proceedings (pursuant to ICC, DIS, LCIA, UNCITRAL and other arbitration rules)
- Extensive activity as adjudicator in international adjudication proceedings, in particular in FIDIC Dispute Adjudication Boards
- Legal advice during the construction phase of major construction projects in Germany and abroad, including preparation and implementation of the tendering process and drafting of contracts
