Competent support for private projects
Support in all phases: Contract drafting, legal advice during construction, dispute resolution and litigation
Breyer Rechtsanwälte offers comprehensive advice on private construction law, in particular on project planning, tendering and contract drafting. The firm attaches great importance to providing legal advice during construction in order to avoid conflicts at an early stage and to successfully implement projects. Breyer ensures the legal implementation of individual project requirements by integrating construction management and construction engineering expertise. In addition, the firm supports its clients in dispute resolution and litigation, both nationally and internationally, to ensure optimal results.
Services
Contract design
Breyer Rechtsanwälte is active in project planning, tendering and contract drafting and negotiation. At this stage, it is already part of the firm's standard portfolio to make proposals on organizational matters relating to the cooperation of the parties involved in the construction and then to implement these in a legally secure manner.
Legal advice during construction
One focus of our work is on providing legal advice during the construction phase of major infrastructure projects, buildings, engineering structures and plant construction. The aim here and in our other work is to avoid disputes where possible and to set the right course at an early stage. Building law advice has the task of identifying the individual requirements and special features of the specific project and then processing and implementing them in such a way that the objectives can be met on a legally reliable basis. The holistic management of large construction projects requires expertise that goes beyond private construction law. We have responded to this need by systematically expanding our expertise in the areas of construction operations and construction technology. It is a matter of course for us to work in an interdisciplinary environment in the interests of the project. Where necessary, larger teams also work together on a project in order to guarantee short response times.
Dispute resolution and litigation
Of course, we also support our clients in disputes, whether out of court in dispute resolution (if desired and appropriate) or in disputes before arbitration tribunals or the ordinary courts. Thanks to our international orientation, we are also in a position to represent our clients outside of Germany or to work together with proven national foreign cooperation partners.
